Dragon Age 2 Add Rune Slots

I have 3 runes in my inventory and I have a couple of armor items with Runes slots. How do I equip the runes. I assume I have to find a vendor to do it for me. Does anyone know where I go? I checked the wiki page but I couldn't find the Info for Dragon Age 2.How do I equip Runes in Dragon Age 2?

Enabling Dragon Age 2 Cheat Console on Mac. If you are playing the game on Mac, navigate to Library/Application Support/Dragon Age II/config. Open the file with a text editor and add the following line to the very end of the text file AppDefaults DragonAge2.exe transgaming “cmdlineadd” = “-enabledeveloperconsole”. (the place where you add runes to weapons) You have to enable item's ability to have RUNE slots when you make the new items with the toolset.
